What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product category. For standard catalogue items, the MOQ starts from 10–20 pieces. For custom or bespoke orders, the MOQ may be higher depending on the complexity and tooling required. Please contact us with your specific requirements and we’ll advise accordingly.
Do you offer custom designs and finishes?
Yes, absolutely. Customisation is one of our core strengths. We can work from your sketches or reference images and manufacture products to your exact specifications, including custom dimensions, finishes (antique gold, matte black, hammered copper, etc.), and packaging. Please share your requirements via the contact form.
What materials do you work with?
We manufacture using high-grade iron, brass, copper, and aluminium. Each material offers different aesthetic and functional properties: iron for sturdiness and bold forms, brass and copper for warmth and a traditional finish, and aluminium for lightweight, contemporary pieces. We can advise on the best material choice for your intended use.
What is the typical production and delivery timeline?
Standard catalogue orders typically take 2–4 weeks for production depending on quantity, followed by shipping time. Custom orders may require 4–8 weeks from design approval to dispatch. We always share a confirmed timeline before you place an order, and provide tracking updates throughout the process.
Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders before bulk buying, especially for new clients. Sample costs are chargeable but can be credited against your first bulk order. Lead time for samples is typically 1–2 weeks. Please mention your sample request in the contact form and we’ll arrange it.
